REIF Japanese Kushiyaki by Chef Reif Othman – Oscar’s Buffet at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

Embark on a fiery culinary journey as Chef Reif Othman unveils his celebrated Dubai concept, REIF Japanese Kushiyaki, at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay. Available from 1 to 30 September 2025, the hotel’s two venues, The Terrace and Oscar’s, will showcase Chef Reif’s exclusive month-long creations.

Experience Oscar’s Sea, Smoke & Spice buffet dinner, where tantalising skewers (of meats, salmon and vegetables) are flame-grilled upon order.

Wednesday to Sunday, 6PM-10PM

The outdoor grill tempts with a selection of flame-kissed skewers.

On the menu are Chef Reif’s signatures – Truffle Angus, Yuzu Chicken, Ponzu Corn, and Salmon Teriyaki. Complement with assorted vegetables like asparagus, lady’s finger, and purple sweet potatoes.

The Truffle Angus, glazed in truffle mayo and crispy shallots, is absolutely a showstopper for its tender, juicy meat, and truffle notes.

Another highlight is the Salmon Teriyaki, where the salmon is remarkably delicate and irresistible.

Also situated in the alfresco is the Indian food station.

Relish in Tandoori delights, including Achari Tandoori Seabass, Zaffrani Tandoori Broccoli, and Assorted Naan.

A favourite of mine is the broccoli, with soft florets coated in a tangy, creamy sauce.

Even the spice-marinated chicken (Tandoori Bhatti Murgh) impresses with rich flavours.

The buffet spread indoor offers dishes of various cuisines.

Don’t miss the Pan Fried Gyoza with homemade chilli oil – a perfect combination.

Indulge in the squid ink Spaghetti ‘Alfredo’, elevated with cheesy goodness from the cheese wheel.

Savour the tastes of Arabia with the Arabian Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Chermoula Fish Pot, and Shawarma Bazaar.

Bite into pita stuffed with spiced chicken and vegetables, enriched in garlic tahini sauce.

Other highlights include the Stir-Fried Prawns, Creamy Lobster Bisque, freshly shucked Oysters, Mashed Potato, and Roasted Beef.

Desserts feature a Strawberry Sonata collection – vibrant and tangy-sweet.

Think Strawberry Chocolate Bar, Strawberry Praline, Almond Strawberry Tart, Strawberry Macaron, and Strawberry Coulis Sorbet.
