Cook & Brew, The Westin Singapore, invites Mixologist Dee Atan for Valentine’s Day Cocktail Concoctions on 14 February 2023
Located on the 57th floor of The Westin Singapore, Cook & Brew boasts an intimate setting, perfect for an evening of food and drinks.
For a one-day event on 14 February 2023, Cook & Brew invited Dee Atan, mixologist of Ju Hua Tai, to concort a series of Valentine Day-themed cocktails. The three exclusive cocktails that are only available that day, are made using aperitif brands – Pampelle and RinQuinQuin.
Cook & Brew’s in-house mixologist, Kannan, was also working alongside Dee Atan, creating another three cocktails of his specialty. The cocktails – Crystal Jito $22, Buo Luo Mi $22 and Silky Route $22 – which will be available permanently on the menu.
Gather your friends and loved ones and drop by for a tipple or two, completed with tasty bar snacks like Crispy Calamari $16 and Truffle Fries $15.
