Shake Shack – Crispy Dark Meat Hot Chicken Burger in Hot Pepper Seasoning

Shake Shack has launched its Dark Meat Hot Chicken Burger $10.80 recently on 21 March 2022.

The burger consists of a chicken thigh patty coated in buttermilk batter, fried till crispy and dusted in hot pepper seasoning. The patty is addictive with juicy tender meat. Accompanied with crunchy Louisiana hot sauce slaw and tangy pickles, it’s an enjoyable combination with layered flavours.

As a huge fan of Shake Shack’s Shroom Burger $11.50, I simply can’t miss an order of this. The burst of gooey melted cheese (muenster and cheddar cheese) within the crispy fried portobello mushroom is a joy to behold!
