Shawarma Shack, Toa Payoh – Wraps, Salads, and Loaded Fries

Toa Payoh now welcomes a tasty new spot – Shawarma Shack. Hailing from the Philippines, this shawarma chain opens its first international outpost in Singapore, and is slated for a second opening in Poiz Centre, Potong Pasir, in October.

On the menu are signature Wraps, Rice Meal, Salad Boxes, Fries, and more.

Orders can be made via the self-ordering kiosk or over the counter.

Menu

All shawarma are served with beef, chicken, or a mix of both. Think Jumbo Mix Chicken and Beef Shawarma $8.90, Signature Chicken Shawarma (from $5.80), and Flame Grilled Chicken Tikka $7.90.

The wraps are available in two sizes, with the Jumbo one as long as my face.

Each wrap comes slathered in flavour with toppings like garlic sauce, cheese/bbq sauce, and hot sauce inside. Expect some juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, and crunchy shredded white onions all wrapped within too.

A healthier pick from the menu would be the Salad Boxes (from $6), filled with crunchy greens, corn, and your choice of protein. Spruce it up with some Caesar or Roasted Sesame sauce on the side.

For sharing or solo indulgence, the fries and nachos are perfect for snacking on at any time of day.

The Sloppy Fries $5.90 is loaded with savoury beef bites and fries, accompanied with a hearty drizzle of sauces.
