SmokeHse by Esseplore, known for its Kansas City-style BBQ, is bringing a plant-based menu curated alongside The Vegetarian Butcher. Look forward to six new meatless alternatives which include burgers, salads and soups.

Begin with the refreshing TVB Chicken Salad comprising of crisp greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, and TVB Chicken chunks, as well as indulge in the TVB Chicken and Potato Salad which is a delightful treat of potatoes, shallots, gherkins, eggs and TVB Chicken chunks mixed in creamy Japanese mayonnaise.

Warm your bellies with the tangy TVB Beef Bean Stew and creamy TVB Chicken Corn Soup before reaching for the burgers.

The highlight of the menu – TVB Chicken Burger and TVB Beef Burger – both comprise of TVB’s plant-based patties which are seasoned and smoked for about an hour.

Bite into the hearty double TVB Beef-stacked burger that’s slathered in addictive spiced mayo and barbecue sauce, while layered with savoury smoked cheddar cheese, pickled gherkin, caramelised onions, tomatoes and mixed green salad. Meanwhile, the TVB Chicken Burger offers a tangy, lighter option with the juicy grilled pineapple, homemade salsa and yuzu mayo.
