Start the meal with a bowl of comforting and nourishing Fish Maw Soup.
Good to try is the crowd-favourite Roast Suckling Pig which promises crackling skin atop meaty layers.
Continue the meaty indulgence in the chunky Roasted Duck with Orange Marmalade Jam. The glistening crispy duck skin stole the limelight for being so crispy and tasty.
I simply love the River Prawn Noodles, served in a wet version and rather flavoursome. The king prawns are crunchy and half-shelled with a tinge of sweetness from the meat.
The Wok Fried US Scallop with Asparagus is equally amazing. The dish might seem simple, but the scallops are well-cooked, succulent and not chewy.
Seafood lovers will be happy to know that the buffet line also offers Baked Salmon Fish in Portuguese Style, Fried Oyster Omelette, Chilled Snow Crab Claw, Baked Oysters, the ever-popular Singapore Chili Crab with Chinese Mantou and Poached Black Mussel with Ginger and Xia Fan Wine.
