From now till 11 October 2020, enjoy live whole lobsters at 50% off! Prepared in two ways, the Whole Lobster Thermidor (U.P. $82) is baked with mushroom cream, hollandaise sauce, white wine, and topped with a cheese skirt, while the Whole Lobster Mornay (U.P. $82) is made with the luscious bechamel gratin sauce and gruyere cheese and served with mushroom, baby potatoes, corn, and mixed salad. Seafood gourmands will rejoice at the Fremantle Hot Seafood Platter $76, featuring a smorgasbord of Rockefeller baked oyster, grilled garlic butter king prawn, baked Chilean scallop, crispy soft-shell crab, grilled barramundi fillet and white wine mussels.

You can also customise your own platter by choosing from a list of Tapas ($10 each). Choices include the mussels with spicy Pomodoro sauce, cocktail prawns, clams with spicy white wine, and grilled scallop with tomato and mango relish.

Some classic hot favourites worth trying are the Signature Fremantle Snow Crab Cakes $16 served with mixed salad and cayenne aioli, Baked Rockefeller Oysters $29, Classic White Wine Clams $14 and Lemon Garlic Butter Mussels $14.
