Street Superior Festival 2018 – Exclusive Hypebeast Kicks & Streetwear in Singapore’s largest sneaker convention

Street Superior Festival 2018 is one of the latest and largest premier sneaker and streetwear convention by Sole Superior. At its 6th edition, this phenomenal event is held at Pasir Panjang ‘A’ Power Station over a two-day period, 27 and 28 October 2018 from 12noon to 10pm. 

You would be surprised to find that the disused area can be momentarily transformed into a hipster ground cast in various colour hues while music loomed in the background.

Look forward to 16 Showcase Brands and 70 Sneaker and Streetwear Vendors. Unleash the hypebeast monster in you as you come don in your favourite street wear too. Fans of those baggy hoodies, statement jackets and tees, and kicks would have an exciting time browsing through the items at each vendor.

Take a moment to admire the Flash Parkour, In-door Skate Ramp and get your arms ready too for the Arcade Basketball. There’s also the Street Superior Raffle Draw worth $30,000 up for grabs.

Don’t forget to feed your bellies at the various food stalls selling rice bowls, bar grubs and street snacks, alongside cold brew, healthy shakes and chilled beer.

Upon entering, I was greeted by the sight of an In-door Skate Ramp where young professionals performed stunts tirelessly.

Walked a littler further in and several parkour talents were spotted with amazing dexterity.

Beers could be found throughout the event. What a way to enjoy!

In one of the spacious rooms was EYEYAH!’s pop up exhibition, featuring a series of mind-stimulative artworks on canvas and shirts.

Housed at the back of the power station was Limited Edt, our local sneaker boutique that holds a lot of my favourite NMD shoes and other brands as well.

The vendors also showcased merchandises like bags, wallets and so on.

Food vendors include Tokidon, Park Bench Deli, Three Buns, Carrot Cubes, Laksudon by Jenggood*, Satay Kebab by Roastitos*, Mee Rebus from Ang Mo Kio by Yunos*, 1925, Saiko, Yolo, Ollela, Cata Coffee, Kipo’s and Scoopy’s & Cream x SBTG! (Note *halal)
