Takashimaya Food Fiesta 2023 – Matcha Prince Ice Cream, Sourbombe Bakery Doughnuts and more!

Another food fair, Food Fiesta 2023 has taken up the space at Takashimaya Square, basement two!

Happening from 29 June to 17 July 2023, embark on a gastronomic journey lined with street food, snacks, desserts and products from countries like Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and Korea as well as locally.

Discover delightful treats such as Yan’s Dining‘s steamed dumplings, Rosti Haus‘ spaceship pancake, Origin+‘s seafood skewers, Ji Xiang‘s colourful ang ku kueh, Wanting Kimchi, Niku Master‘s beef bento and donburi, Gin Thye‘s UFO fried oyster cakes, and Original Vadai‘s Indian street snacks.

Some popular returning stalls include Maruamami‘s mochi obanyaki and iWAFFLE‘s assorted Japanese waffles.

The fun claw machine also featured BreadTalk‘s newly launched floss bun plushies. Look at how cute these are! Try your luck at winning one or more!

Matcha Prince makes its debut appearance, offering Uji Matcha/Houjicha Soft Serve ice cream $9.50 and Uji Matcha drinks ($7-$9).

The matcha soft serve ice cream is quite generous, thick and rich in taste.

Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery will be showcasing a range of Takashimaya-exclusive bomboloni. Think Pistachio Raspberry Crown $10, Taro Craquelin $6, Matcha Blueberry $6 and Strawberry Hokkaido Milk $6 flavours.
