Tartisan, an online tart patisserie by Grain, offers halal-certified handcrafted tarts in six unique flavours. Available in a pack of three ($23.95) or six ($47.95), you can mix and match the different flavours and have it delivered to your home.

I was enthusiastic while opening the box of six tarts I have gotten. They were well-made and gorgeous. Each tart was about palm-sized big and beautifully crafted.

The six flavours are Passionfruit Raspberry Cheese, Strawberry Cheese Rhubarb, White Chocolate Cassis, Uji Matcha Aonori, Maple Sweet Potato and Lemon Popping Lychee. The contrasting flavours got me excited to try all at once.

It’s difficult to choose a favourite because all of them are really good. In terms of personal preference, I would go for the tangy Lemon Popping Lychee and Passionfruit Raspberry Cheese.

The tart shells are more on the crunchy side which I like too. Plus, I am glad they don’t get soggy despite being left in the fridge for a while.
