The Apricus Coffee & Food Co. is a popular halal-certified cafe in Jalan Kaya, serving all-day brunch, coffee and ice cream desserts.
Even on a weekday afternoon, the cafe is almost filled. It is now open daily (previously closed on Tuesdays)!
The menu offers a tempting list of brunch dishes, including the signature The POPULUS Scramble $20, newly added Avocado & Kale Breakkie $20, Apricus French Toast $23 and Roasted Cauliflower Steak $17. The sides are similarly amazing.

The Tempura Shimeiji Mushrooms $13 is a must-order. The batter is thin and the mushrooms are nicely fried and tender. The spice seasoning makes each morsel extremely tasty and addictive. It is accompanied with a creamy brown butter aioli dip.
Another highlight is the Dark Chocolate Sundae $15. The ice cream is huge and chocolaty while topped with refreshing passionfruit curd, raspberry coulis, chocolate flakes and brownie cubes.
