Celebrity Chef Masterclasses & Dining at The Signature Series by Marina Bay Sands

In lieu of Marina Bay Sands’ eighth anniversary, The Signature Series will be held from 9 to 15th April 2018, allowing gastro-nomads and food lovers to embark on a week long of masterclasses, exclusive celebrity chef menus and late night parties.

The Signature Series brings out the best and passionate side of celebrity chefs from award-winning restaurants. Get up close and personal with masterclasses by David Myers from Adrift, and Victor Koh, Founder and Tea Maker of Ette Tea Company.

Indulge in specially curated menus, brought to you as a collaboration between celebrity chefs across various restaurants such as CUT by Wolfgang Puck, db Bistro & Oyster Bar and Osteria Mozza, or dine at Waku Ghin for a night of indelible memories. 

Last but not least, chill by the bar and/or rock the night away after sun-down at destinations such as Adrift by David Myers, Spago by Wolfgang Puck, LAVO and The Bird Southern Table & Bar.

1) 3 Chef’s Dinner at CUT by Wolfgang Puck

  • Date: 9 April 2018
  • Satiate your tastebud with a pescatarian 5-course dinner well taken care by the 3 executive chefs from CUT by Wolfgang Puck, db Bistro & Oyster Bar and Osteria Mozza respectively.

2) A Taste of Tetsuya’s at Waku Ghin

  • Date: 10 to 12 April 2018
  • Follow the footsteps of Chef Tetsuya as he draws inspirations from Australia into the preparation and execution of a delectable seven-course degustation dinner at $450++.

3) Mozzaplex at Osteria Mozza

  • Date: 10 April 2018
  • The joint collaboration between Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza and Chi Spacca forms the famous Mozzaplex which offers a rare opportunity for diners to get comfortable over an Italian family-style dinner of Corzetti Stampati and Grilled Colorado Lamb Chops.

4) A Tribute to Paul Bocuse dinner at db Bistro & Oyster Bar

  • Date: 13 to 15 April 2018
  • Paying homage to the late legendary French master chef Paul Bocuse, also known as the “Lion of Lyon’, executive chef Jonathan Kinsella of db Bistro & Oyster Bar presents the three-night special menu with nostalgic signatures such as the Soup with Truffles, Pigeon, Truffle and Foie Gras Pithivier and Apple Tart Tatin.

5) A Taste of South lunch menu at The Bird Southern Table & Bar

  • Date: 9 to 13 April 2018
  • Whipping up an all-American classic four-course set lunch menu (S$38++), be swept with highlights like the Louisiana Char-Grill Oysters and Southern Fried Chicken, accompanied with Cauliflower Mashed & Collard Greens.

6) First-ever tea blending master class at Renku

  • Date: 11 and 14 April 2018
  • Master the art of wellness tea blends and their respective food pairings at Renku, MBS’s premium bar and lounge, with valuable insights shared by Victor Koh, founder and tea maker of ETTE tea company.

7) Masterclass by celebrity chef David Myers

  • Date: 12 April 2018
  • Masterclass: imparting culinary techniques and knife skills to seafood aficionados, Chef Myers’ seafood-themed masterclass will let you have a taste of creating his favourite oceanic dishes.

8) Late-night parties
