Tiger Street Lab partners Zi Char Da Shi Jia famous for Wok-fried King Prawn White Bee Hoon, and launches new beer – Shiok Ale
Time flies and November is welcomed with a collaboration between Tiger Street Lab and Zi Char hawker Da Shi Jia, famous for its Wok-Fried King Prawn White Bee Hoon.
At the same time, Tiger Beer is introducing a seasonal Tiger beer – Shiok Ale – a medium full-bodied 6%ABV tap beer, with hints of pineapple and passionfruit, and slightly bitterish on the mouthfeel.
The Tiger Crystal, on the other hand, was launched back in September and is still available on the menu.
The crowd-favourite Wok-fried King Prawn White Bee Hoon by Da Shi Jia is the highlight at Tiger Street Lab, featuring large succulent prawns over tasty bee hoon.
Some other dishes exclusive to Tiger Street Lab include the Tiger-Infused Crispy Baby Sotong, Tiger Beer-Battered Assortments (chicken, banana, scallops and more, with a surprise item that contains wasabi!), and Salt Pepper Crispy Shrimps with Curry Leaves.
Another must-have is the Pickled Garlic Fried Barramundi Fillet, moist and tender while dressed in a sweet and tangy minced garlic sauce.
