Each a la carte buffet set comes with a variety of Japanese dishes which you can choose from the following categories: Appetiser, Sashimi, Makimono, Hosomaki, Aburi Sushi, Nigiri Sushi, Grilled, Fried, Rice/Noodle and Dessert.
We tried the two-pax version and it was definitely more than enough!
The sashimi we had was thick and satisfying. The Pork Yakiniku and Sea Clam Butter Monte under the grilled category were very tasty too. The Mentaiko Tamago was wonderful – the tamago was sweet and soft while the mentaiko sauce lent a creamy mouthfeel and umami flavour to it.
Definitely a mini feast at home!
