Ugly Cones x Asylum: The Coffee Library is the brainchild by the team behind the popular Jalan Besar cafe, Asylum Coffeehouse.

The unique ice cream and coffee concept found in the basement of Wisma Atria Shopping Centre allows one to indulge in both worldly delights.

Think hole-in-the-wall dessert kiosk on one side and ready-to-drink cold brews on the other side.

Ugly Cones

Ugly Cones offers a unique experience through its contactless ordering system and interesting savoury cone.

The cone, which is made from a secret recipe, adds a umami twist to the sweet ice cream flavours.

Ice cream choices include Mizuame Vanilla, Japanese Strawberry Cheesecake and Death by Chocolate. For toppings, there are Mochi Mochi $1.50 and Japanese Jelly $1.

The combos comprise of Junior Combo $6.50 (one scoop), Executive Combo $10.50 (two scoops) and Ultimate Combo $12.50 (two scoops and toppings).

Portion is generous and nicely presented in a handy cup. The combination comes well together too.
