Woodlands Sourdough – Upper Thomson Bakery with Fudgy Brownies, Tea Cakes, Tarts and Breads
Located at The Longhaus, along Upper Thomson Road, Woodlands Sourdough specialises in all things sourdough including baked goods like breads, brownies, bagels and tarts. There is also coffee-to-go and freshly made sandwiches of the day.
We had the Saffron Bun with Almond $4.50 (soft and sweet), Rye Chocolate Prune Tea Cake $5.50 (really chocolatey) and Rye Orange Ginger Brownie $5.50 (rich and fudgy). The bakes are delightful and averagely priced.
Do head over early to avoid disappointment!
