Yum Cha CNY Dim Sum with Smoked Duck Buns & Fish-shaped Dumplings

This lunar new year, savour four new dim sum creations from Yum Cha which are available till 19th February 2019.

Tuck into these Auspicious Red Packet Buns ($5.80 for two) filled with black pepper smoked duck bits, flavourful and sweet against the fluffy buns.

The Bountiful Fish-shaped Dumplings ($5.80 for two), on the other hand, is a vegetarian dim sum wrapped in soft mochi-like translucent skin. 

Resembling siew mai, these Fortune Bag in Japanese Style ($5.60 for three) are juicy with tender meats while the Triple Happiness Fried Nian Gao ($5.20 for three) is a surprise with layers of yam, sweet potato and fried chewy nian gao.
