Apple Ginger Oatmeal with Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal

Start your day with this easy, homemade Apple Ginger Oatmeal, that’s wholesome, flavour-packed, and delicious!
Wait no further. Whip this up effortlessly with a few ingredients and a little bit of your time.
This recipe sticks to the trusty Quaker Oats brand. This time, I am using the Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal, that can be found in leading supermarkets.

Ingredients
Quaker Oats (Quick Cook Oatmeal)
Olive Oil
Apples (Two Small or 1 Big)
Ginger / Cinnamon Powder
Yogurt
Peanut Butter
Honey
Toppings of your choice (e.g. Blueberries)



1. In a heated pan, drizzle some olive oil and saute the diced apples till slightly softened.
2. Add 1 cup of oats and give it a toss.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger/cinnamon powder and stir till everything is beautifully golden. (Add a few teaspoons of water if the mixture is too dry).



4. Let it cool a little before transferring to a bowl.

5. Add your favourite toppings, such as yogurt, peanut butter, and blueberries).
6. Drizzle some honey over.
Give it a stir and dig in!
