Insane Korean Daebak Noodles’ Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Cup in 7-Eleven Malaysia

Don’t get me wrong. I love my spicy food. They are baes.

And when I first saw images of the fire-spitting Daebak Noodles’ Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Cup beckoning to me from my social media pages, I knew I needed to cross the border for this.

I scouted several 7-Eleven stores in Melaka, Malaysia before I found it in an ulu mall – Elements Mall. The Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Cup comes in a packaging full of warnings. Inside was a sachet of the spicy sauce, no other condiments, just the sauce and the noodles.

I would say I am quite a good eater of spiciness and it is definitely worth a challenge with this noodle cup that many humans are burning for.

So of course, I actually emptied the entire sauce. Pour in hot water and close the lid.

Minutes later, I opened the lid and in it was a sea of black-red soup and noodles. One mouthful in and I could feel the spiciness kicking in while my entire tongue blazed in fiery madness. Oh goodness, it truly lived up to its name! This is no joke. The noodles looked rather innocent but I guess the amount of pepper and whatever that went in just made up the sensation.

Just a small tip, it’s best to try with a little of the sauce and not all at one go!

I still can’t believe it was that thattt spicy since I could handle Samyang’s spicy ramen and the spiciest level of Mala Xiang Guo. Hmm, maybe I should try a second round.
