Tuck away in a corner of Jodd Fairs Night Market in Bangkok, Bee Trolley by Phung Phlit is an ice cream truck specialising in honeycomb ice cream.
Not to be missed is the Honeycomb Soft Serve THB 80. The beautiful double swirl ice cream comprises of pastel purple yogurt and honey vanilla ice cream, garnished with bee pollen, honey drizzle and honeycomb.
The ice cream tasted more like icy cool sorbet, with the addition of sweet honey lending a nice touch to it. The waffle cone is airy light. Love it.
