Taking an innovative approach to the traditional kueh chang, the Fried Chunks $7 comprises of sweet, richly flavoured deconstructed rice dumplings with ingredients like shrimp/beef/chicken, mushrooms and chestnut.

Enjoy these awfully wicked bakes by Angie’s Sinful Pleasures. Must-tries are the oozy New York style Cookie $5 and alcoholic Tiramisu (from $18) available in Original, Matcha, Pistachio and Chocolate flavours.
