Baker X, a baking studio and cafe at Orchard Central, welcomes its next edition of home-based business brand, Dilutedcoke, for 1-13 November 2022.

Founded by Jia Jia with a background in nutrition and food science, Dilutedcoke offers a range of mouth-watering desserts that are made with reduced sugar, no artificial flavourings, colourings, or additives, without compromising on taste and flavour!

Check out the creations like Tarts ($8.50-9), Sandos $7, Choux Puffs $7.50, Tiramisu ($11-21) and Caneles $4.50.

Must-tries include the nutty Pistachio Tart (filled with pistachio paste, pistachio milk creme and vanilla chantilly and lots of chopped pistachio), Matcha Tart with Yuzu Salted Caramel (topped with chunky Azuki beans), Earl Grey Maple Pecan Sando (fluffy earl grey chiffon cake lavished with maple pecan paste and chantilly, thick earl grey ganache and maple syrup) and Black Sesame and Yuzu Sando (black sesame yuzu chiffon cake with black sesame paste and chantilly, crunchy black sesame brittle and yuzu curd).
