Classic must-haves comprise of the Fried Matsusaka Pork with Pepper $48, Spicy Snowflake Beef $88, Slice Beef and Ox Tongue in Chilli Sauce $42 and Charcoal Smoked Beef Ribs $128.

Complete the experience with a comforting and nutritious bowl of Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup $16, the Casserole Crystal Noodles $28 that’s full of wok-hei and refreshing salad of Chilled Fruit and Vegetable with Sesame Sauce $22.

Desserts are equally interesting with the Sweet Potato Osmanthus Rice Cake (Small $16, Large $28) and Rabbit Mouse Pudding $8.
