Flourcrafts Patisserie – Local Home Baker features Flavoured Caneles, Tiramisu and Cookies at Baker X, Orchard Central, till 3 April 2022

Flourcrafts Patisserie, by founder and baker Xavier Lee, is taking up residence at Baker X, a baking studio and cafe in Orchard Central. The 10-seater space is an initiative launched by Far East Organisation and social enterprise, Foreword Coffee Roasters, with the aim to provide a stepping stone for budding home bakers to develop their business further.

On a rotational basis, Flourcrafts Patisserie is now the fifth brand to operate at Baker X from 9 March to 3 April 2022 (Closed on Monday). Look forward to a range of delectable flavoured caneles such as Signature Vanilla Rum $4, Mont Blanc $5, Baileys Rocher $5, Earl Grey $5 and Taro $5. Savour egg-free tiramisu like the Classic Tiramisu with Kahlua $12 and Matcha-misu $9.50. The latter boasts a rich matcha flavour from its Marukyu Koyamaen Wakatake matcha-infused mascarpone and Wakatake tea-soaked sponge fingers.

Take pleasure in the brand’s French confections which include Madeleines $3, Vanilla Browned Butter Financiers $3 and Cookies ($10 for 100g, $24 for 250g) available in Sea Salt Fudge, Maple Pecan and Longan Red Date flavours too.
