This coming Monday, on 21 September 2020, World-famous cheese monger François Robin will be sharing the art of cheese pairing with local ingredients familiar to Singaporeans via an Instagram Live session on @homeofcheese_sg.

Discover how these delectable French cheeses of varying texture and taste profile can be savoured with our popular Kaya spread and even coriander!

The six types of cheeses François would be talking about would be the Bleu d’Auvergne (Blue Cheese), Camembert, Emmental, Époisses, Mimolette and Triple Crème.

This event is organised by CNIEL, which is the umbrella organisation for the French dairy industry and is responsible for the promotion of French dairy products worldwide, and supported by the European Union.
