Menbaka Fire Ramen Singapore has Matcha Beer & 1-for-1 Fire Ramen promo from 27 to 29 Nov 2020

Probably one of the most anticipated brand to hit our shores this year, Kyoto’s popular Menbaka Fire Ramen, is finally here in Singapore. Located at level five of Cineleisure Orchard, brace yourself for its official opening on 24 November, 3:40PM, with a 1-for-1 Fire Ramen opening special, available from 27 to 29 November 2020 only!

The three day promotion will include the three signature ramen – Shoyu Fire Ramen $17.90, Vegetarian Fire Ramen $16.90 and Tonkotsu Fire Ramen $18.90.

All three ramen come with lots of spring onions which are quite crunchy and fortunately doesn’t overpower the taste of the broth. The meat slices are tender as well, and you can also add on ajitama as the ramen doesn’t come with eggs.

The dishes exclusive to Singapore are the creamy Tonkotsu Fire Ramen and Crispy Charcoal Karaage Salad $14.90. There are also other sides such as the Gyoza $6.90, Charred Butter Corn $3 and Kyoto Menbaka Fried Rice $9.90 which is based on Master Miyaza’s special recipe and has this smoky ‘wok hei’ flavour in it. My companions actually like the fried rice a lot.

The highly anticipated fire ramen show is nothing short of spectacular. While seated at the high table, the chef will pour the flaming Negi oil over the ramen which eventually erupts into a towering fire. It can get really hot up close and front but the one-of-a-kind experience is definitely phenomenal.
