Menbaka Fire Ramen Singapore – Famous Kyoto Ramen with Stunning Fire Show opens 24 Nov at Cineleisure Orchard

Kyoto’s famous ramen joint, Menbaka Fire Ramen, is coming to Singapore! Opening on 24 November at Cineleisure Orchard, the outlet is the first to venture overseas.

Menbaka Fire Ramen was opened in 1984 by ramen master Masamichi Miyazawa in his native land, Kyoto. In a bid to make his ramen more appealing and flavoursome, he created the world’s first fire ramen by pouring flaming negi oil over green onion broth. The spectacular fire show features a towering fire flame which quickly shot to fame and became a signature of the brand.

Look forward to three different ramen flavours here – signature Shoyu Fire Ramen (with chicken, mackerel, seaweed and bonito brewed for over five hours), Vegetarian Fire Ramen and Tonkotsu Fire Ramen (exclusive to Singapore).
