Mixue Malaysia – Catchy Song, Cute Mascot, Affordable Vanilla Ice Cream and Bubble Tea from this Trendy China Brand

The trendiest brand from China, Mixue, has been dominating TikTok and Instagram reels these days for its crazy mascot dances, catchy song and affordably priced ice cream and drinks.

There are currently several outlets in Malaysia including Johor Bahru City Square and Paradigm Mall which are near the border.

Some signatures to try are the Mixue Ice Cream RM1.99, Boba Mi-Shake RM5, Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea RM5 and Creamy Mango Boba RM7.

Dropped by twice but they are usually sold out towards closing time. I managed to try two items on the menu.

The Mixue Ice Cream is served in a swirly, milky vanilla flavour atop a crunchy cone. Reminded me of another brand’s soft serve but I think I would prefer Mixue’s version as it feels icier and I like it in a waffle cone too.

The Lemon Tea (with Earl Grey) RM3.99 comes with fresh lemon slices and tasted alright.

The mascot, by the way, is really cute. And there are merchandises such as bottles and plushies for those who want to carry home a memento.
