Morganfield’s Whiskey-infused Meat Platter & Seafood Combo

Go all out with an all-meat feast. The 3 Wise Men Meat Combo Platter is bound to have you full and satisfied from the three types of meats each flavoured using the 3 Wise Men of Whiskey. The Johnnie Walker-glazed BBQ Beef Brisket is surely my top favourite from the platter. It’s slow-cooked to tenderness with soft fats that melt in your mouth. There’s also the flame grilled Jim Beam-infused BBQ Lamb Chops and Morganfield’s signature Sticky Bones BBQ Spareribs with hints of Jack Daniel’s. Gnaw them off the bones in between bites of the grilled corn cob, bacon baked beans and chunky potato wedges.

As an ardent fan of seafood, I jump on the bandwagon at the sight of the Seafood Combo Platter – comprising of a smorgasbord of grilled Tiger Prawns, cheesy Half-Shelled Scallops, Blackened Salmon and Mussels Marinara, served alongside tower-high breadsticks, mini pots of homemade chimichurri and sauces alike.

Morganfield’s nachos also get a facelift with added chunks of sweet beef brisket loaded on mountains of corn tortilla chips, cheese, jalapenos and a dollop of sour cream. All hail the BBQ Brisket Nachos as a hearty starter!
