N’atisserie – Artisanal French Tarts by Singapore Home Baker now available at Baker X, Orchard Central

Taking up residency at Baker X in Orchard Central is local home baker, Natassia Phua. N’atisserie is born out of her love and passion for desserts, particularly in French tarts. These artisanal treats will be available from 1 March to 2 May 2024 at Baker X for dine-in and takeaway.

Look forward to fortnight specials, where a new flavour will be introduced. On the menu are also mini and original (8cm) sized tarts as well as homemade Sea Salt Choco Chip Cookies $12.50.

Each piece of tart is lovingly handcrafted, boasting intricate layers, textures and flavours. Take for instance, the Banoffee Tart $8.50 – a crusty shell of velvety smooth Dulce de Leche and chocolate filling with the distinctive taste of bananas, paired with crunchy chopped almonds.

The Strawberry Pistachio Tart $12.50 is as tasty as it looks. Juicy strawberry slices crowned a base layer of pistachio frangipane, strawberry jam and pistachio mousseline cream. 

Additionally, savour the kueh-inpired Ondeh Ondeh Tart $9, tangy Lemon Meringue Tart $8.50 and interesting Speculoos Cheese Tart $8.40 too.
