Pomedochi – Home-based Bakery brings Artisanal Tarts and Mango Mochi to Baker X, Orchard Central, from 21 Dec 2022 to 4 Feb 2023

Local home-based bakery, Pomedochi, will be appearing at Baker X, Orchard Central, from 21 December 2022 to 4 February 2023. Look forward to an enticing range of artisanal tarts and handmade mochis.

Lovingly crafted by baker Caroline, her best-selling signatures include the Lemon Yuzu Meringue Tart $9 (featuring a puffy-looking yuzu meringue dotted with yuzu jelly and a base filled with tangy lemon frangipane and lemon curd) and Pistachio Raspberry Tart $9 (beautifully layered with pistachio crémeux, sweet raspberry coulis jelly and pistachio Chantilly).

Chocoholics may rejoice in the bitter-sweet Araguani Moonlight Tart $9, that comes with melt-in-the-mouth Valrhona 72% Araguani Dark Chocolate Ganache. The surprise lies in the chocolate ‘moon’ perched on top, which cracks apart to reveal mini crispy chocolate rice balls and feuilletine confetti.

Specially designed for this festivity, the Noel Tart $9 is a white Christmas come true with its filling of smooth white chocolate ganache and cranberry bits, completed with a pomegranate jelly surrounded by smooth yogurt cream cheese.

Pomedochi also offers options for customised Tart Gift Box ($36 for 4 tarts), Petit Tarts ($3 for 3.5cm tart) and individual tart purchase here.

Another seasonal item to check out is the Mango Mochi Pebbles ($4.50 each; $22 for a box of five), that’s subjected to availability.
