Sentosa & Brewerkz launches Islander Brew – Singapore’s first leisure destination-inspired craft beers
The new Islander Brew is born out of a joint collaboration between Sentosa and Brewerkz. As Singapore’s first leisure destination-inspired beers, they are named after Sentosa’s landmarks – Siloso Beach, Tanjong Rimau, Fort Siloso, Bukit Manis – that are one of the four themes under Sentosa’s ‘Make Time for a Holiday’ campaign – Island Life, Heritage Discovery, Wellness Escape, and Nature Adventure.
Interestingly, the beer flavours are inspired by edible plants found in Sentosa – cacao, lime, jasmine and nutmeg too.
In a bid to reduce our carbon footprint, the Islander Brew will also be Singapore’s first carbon neutral beers.
Moreover, take this time to celebrate the Christmas season by pairing the Islander Brew with various dishes at Sentosa’s dining establishments.
The beers are available at participating food and beverage establishments in Sentosa (such as Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro, Mykonos on the Bay, Trapizza and more) from 1 December 2020, and are now retailing in Cheers, selected supermarkets (i.e. Cold Storage, Fairprice Finest, Fairprice Xtra) and online platforms (i.e. Shopee, RedMart and KrisShop) from 7 December 2020. You can also find the beers at Brewerkz’s outlets and e-store.
*The Islander Brew will be available islandwide for a year.
