Dig into the rich ganache of the Egg-cellent Chocolate Tart bound to set you clinking forks for more. Speaking of creativity, what’s even more special was the use of fried vermicelli as the bird’s nest which was further topped with three little easter eggs. How adorable is that!

The Ruby Chocolate Strawberry Tart is fortunately not made of food colouring. The ruby chocolate’s light pinkish colour comes from ruby cacao beans. Do you know that Ruby Chocolate is labelled as the fourth type of chocolate after dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate?

Combined with the strawberry mousse-like interior, the tart tasted really refreshing and is best eaten under cooler temperature.
