Carousel at Royal Plaza on Scotts is now open for a la carte lunch and dinner buffet. Tantalise your tastebuds with gastronomic international delights from Mediterranean to Asian and Japanese.

Pricing

Let the meal begin with a Seafood Platter of lobsters, Snow Queen crabs, clams, mussels and scallops on ice. Fans of oysters must also order the Sakoshi Bay Oysters which are really fresh and succulent. On top of the classic assorted sashimi and sushi, indulge in an impressive spread of main course served in tasting portions too.

Highlights include the Grilled Red Snapper in Saffron cream, Baked Sambal Stingray, Singapore Chilli Crab, Laksa and more.

Relish in Teppanyaki favourites such as the Teppan Prawn with Garlic Shogayaki and Teppan Mussels in Chilli Crab Sauce.

On weekends, you can find more premium items including the Alaskan King Crab Legs, Lobster Inari and Teppan Salmon.

For desserts, there will be a candy cart going around, serving each table with dainty sweet treats like mini cakes, macarons, creme brûlée.

Having been to Carousel before, I always enjoy their Chocolate Lava Pudding which is rich, moist and luxuriously chocolatey. I am glad it’s available on the menu, alongside their signature Bread and Butter Pudding.
