Look forward to fresh Seafood on Ice like Boston Lobster, Scallop, and Snow Crab, and the must-try Steamed Oysters brimming with juiciness.





For crab lovers, these are the ultimate indulgence.
There are the Salt-baked Mud Crab with Chilli Sauce and Nam Jim Jaew, Stir-fried White Pepper Crab with Scallion, and Creamy Salted Egg Yolk Crab which is truly addictive.



The grill selections are equally impressive.
The Giant Freshwater Prawns are grilled to perfection. The spread also comprises Pulpo a la Gallega (Galician Octopus Tentacle), assorted house-made Sausages, and Rosemary Spring Chicken.



The Kung Pao Frog Legs burst with bold flavours and spiciness.


One of the standout dishes is the 12-hour Braised Tajima Wagyu Beef Short Rib, featuring fork-tender meat that’s rich in flavour and marbling.

Another highlight is the Mayura Station Chocolate-fed Wagyu Beef with Ponzu and Braised Leek. The Wagyu beef is incredibly succulent and buttery.






The dessert corner has undergone a delightful makeover, with neat presentations of signature cakes, tarts, verrines such as Durian Pengat, and Honey Jelly with Snow Bird’s Nest and Aloe Vera.

The ice cream variety, which is always impressive, consists of Chocolate Mint Gelato, Red Velvet Cookies Ice Cream, Matcha, and Banana Passion Sorbet this time round. My favourites all in one bowl!
