Cute Cereal Bunny Cheesecake Recipe using Kellogg’s Special K Blueberry & Almond
Some days back, I decided to use whatever ingredients I have at home to create a dessert with Kellogg’s Special K Blueberry & Almond – also one of my favourite cereal brand where I enjoy the crunchy nature of the cereal.
Here’s a simple Cereal bunny-looking cheesecake I am making.
Left with some Philadelphia Cheese, I rolled it into mini cheese balls which are then coated in Kellogg’s cereal (further crushed into tinier pieces). The dried blueberry (that came with the cereal) are used as the ‘eyes’ of the bunny whereas for the ears, I used almonds I had from home.
I loved the contrast of the crunchy cereal and almonds against the creamy cheese filling. The filling tasted better when chilled too. Another idea for my next creation would be a cereal crunch ball, probably with chocolate glaze!
