No-bake Cheesecake Recipe with Philadelphia Cream Cheese for extra thick & creamy texture

This year, why not celebrate Christmas with a home-made cake? Making cheesecake is relatively easy especially with the Philadelphia Cheese which already has the taste and texture. Then, all you need is to just mix in the right kind of ingredients and add your favourite toppings!

So, here’s my first attempt in creating one.

The base is a layer of crumbled butter cookies, while the filling is a combination of one and a half block of Philadelphia Cheese, half cup sugar and whipped cream. It would be good to have an electric mixer to blend it smoothly, otherwise, you have to hand-whip like what I have done.

The fun in making/baking your own cake is that you also get to decorate it whichever you like it!

Texture-wise, the Philadelphia Cheese is smooth, thick and creamy, I like that it is also not too sweet, even though I have tried to reduce on the sugar during the process.
