Lee Mart, orchardgateway – K.FISH Soy Sauce Marinated Crab, Shrimp, Salmon and Sashimi

Lee Mart (previously Chorok Market) is a Korean supermarket in orchardgateway that sells a range of Korean food and drinks. Think kimchi, perilla leaf, mandu, kimchi fried rice, canned tuna for stew, anchovy pack for soup, ramyeon, seaweed soup, soju and more.

Recently, global premium seafood brand, K.FISH, has been spotted offering a variety of Korean delicacies here. Usually enjoyed in restaurants, these frozen delicacies can now be bought home and served straight away without the need for much preparation.

K.FISH is certified by the Korean government and the products that bear the brand name undergo stringent tests so as to ensure their quality.

Fans of Korean cuisine are definitely in for a treat!

Some ready-to-eat items that can be found here are Soy Sauce Marinated Crab/Shrimp, Spicy Crab, Soy Sauce Salmon, Boneless Spicy Crab, Flounder Sashimi and Rockfish Sashimi.

There are also Octopus Slices, Raw Skate Wing Meat and Pickled Dry Radish with Soy available.

The soy sauce marinated crab, also known as Ganjang Gejang, is priced at $35.70 per tin. Each tin is filled with three whole soft-shell crabs. The crabs tasted fresh and are meaty, while the soy sauce is light, pleasant and not too salty. I added some chilli to spice it up a little.

Best paired with a bowl of rice and raw egg yolk.

At a fraction of the price, one can easily enjoy an elevated Korean dining experience from home too!
