Let M Hotel Singapore‘s steamboat restaurant, The Buffet, feed you with the gorgeous spread of seafood this season.

The Seafood Steamboat Buffet Dinner is available every evening, starting from $48++ per adult.

Mon to Thu (6pm – 10pm): $48++ adult, $26++ child
Fri to Sun (6pm to 10pm): $56++ adult, $28+ child

Indulge in a fresh seafood selection of Canadian Black Mussels, Pacific Clams, Mud Crabs, Prawns, Half-shell scallops and other classic steamboat ingredients such as the Fish Maw, Squids, assorted Mushrooms, Yam and Vegetarian Balls. Interestingly, unlike other steamboat restaurants, The Buffet offers the Pomfret fish on ice, to which you can have unlimited servings of.

An array of sauces are readily available for mix-and-match.

Ausca, M hotel’s egg robot chef, intrigues with its ability to dish out fluffy omelettes cooked on the spot. There is nothing more therapeutic than watching Ausca flipped and prepared your omelette.

The highlight of the buffet spread also includes the live prawn station. Prawns are caught live from a tank right in front of you and cooked in a pot of collagen broth that is both silky rich and creamy.

The free-flow Mud Crabs, different from the Soft Shell Crabs, are meatier and tastier after cooked.

Meat options comprise of Pork Belly, Pork Liver, Chicken Breast, Beef and Lamb Slices.

Round off the meal with the local favourite, Durian Pengat, at the dessert corner.
