Chinese fine dining restaurant, Man Fu Yuan at Intercontinental Singapore, presents a luxurious Lunar New Year spread from 11 January to 15 February 2022. Helmed by executive chef Aaron Tan and his team, join in the festivity with a selection of six prix-fixe menus and highlights this season.

Usher in a year of prosperity and luck with the new 60-inch Garden of Abundance Yu Sheng shaped in the Chinese idiom ‘五谷丰收’ and paired with baby abalone, lobster, sea urchin, scallops, salmon, crisp fish skin and pomegranate sauce.

Celebrate with gastronomic delights including the signature Roasted Suckling Pig with Glutinous Rice $488 and Abundance Treasure Pot $498 filled with over 18 premium ingredients.

Also, enjoy a joyous reunion dinner in the comfort of your home with the Nourishing Steamboat Box $250. It comes with a nourishing soup broth and gourmet ingredients such as Traditional Dace Fish Balls, Kurobuta Pork Ball with Dried Sole Fish, Homemade Premium Angus Grade Australian Beef Ball with Tendon, USDA Prime Rib Eye Marbling 3-4 and Sri Lankan Crabmeat & Fresh Crab Roe Dumpling.

The prix-fixe menus are priced from $138++ per guest onwards, with minimum two to dine.

For a more extravagant feast, indulge in the Abundance Prix-Fixe Menu ($328++ per guest) – a showcase of seven different masterfully crafted dishes such as Double-boiled giant fish broth with bird’s nest, king tuber mushroom, Yunnan cured ham, fish maw in coconut husk; Pan-fried Atlantic cod fillet with premium XO scallop sauce; Braised lobster with superior crab meat egg white sauce; Double boiled pumpkin with almond cream, yacon and premium Sarawak bird’s nest.
