Momolato – Halal Gelato Cafe serves Keto-friendly scoops & popsicle ‘mocktails’ at Haji Lane

Remember those days when Momolato was at SMU? It has been many years since and now Momolato is back with a newly furnished eco-friendly gelato cafe in Kampong Glam.

The gelato range is amazing, from the classic flavours to the adventurous ones like Kochi Yuzu Shiso and Blue Pea Hokkaido Vanilla Creme Brûlée and keto-friendly scoops such as Nama Chocolate and Korean Strawberry Shortcake.

The interior of the cafe is inspired by its surrounding along Haji Lane – Kampong-style yet with a tropical vibe – easily identifiable by the botanical palm design on the walls, hand-crafted rattan boards, Peranakan tiles and tablewares made from biodegradable fallen Areca leaves.

If you are having your gelato in a cone, be greeted with a pandan leaf-wrapped cone, instead of the usual paper wrap. Additionally, turn it into a hearty and satisfying snack with waffles and croffles too.

Meanwhile, the popsicles here come in the form of Popsicle Spritzers, served in a cup of frizzy, cooling and fruity drink. Perfect during a hot day!
