Ningxia Night Market 寧夏夜市 is one of Taipei’s busiest night markets. A popular spot for both local and tourists, the long stretch of street food showcases some of Taiwan’s best eats and comfort food.

Think stinky tofu, scallion pancakes, sweet potato balls, giant grilled squid, roasted chestnut, yam balls, fried chicken cutlet, skewers, beef soup, claypot shrimp and egg sausage roll.
