Point 2 Coffee Studio 點二咖啡, Taipei – Hidden Cafe for Cream Cappuccino and Tiramisu

Point 2 Coffee Studio 點二咖啡 is located opposite Taipei Expo Park and among a stretch of auto repair shops. The entrance is easy to miss before a steep flight of stairs leads to the cafe at level two.

I came by a Tuesday afternoon and it was already packed. Take note that the cafe only allows up to four people in a group and no reservations. The sounds of planes flying overhead can be heard frequently too. Wi-fi is available here.

The desserts of the day are handwritten and attached to the menu. The popular items also happened to be what’s stated – Tiramisu NT $190, Basque Cheesecake NT $160 and Chocolate Chiffon Cake NT $190.

Drink choices include a list of black coffee, milk coffee and tea. There are the classics as well as interesting options like the Cold Brew NT $180, point2 Cappuccino NT $150, Brown Sugar Cappuccino NT $155, Ice Cream + Mocha NT $170 and Mr.Double (NT $180 Hot, NT $200 Iced) (double chocolate oat milk with lemon slice).

Menu

The Cream Cappuccino NT $160 is served with creamy foam. I had it iced version as the weather is really hot. Coffee is smooth and rich.

The tiramisu is decent with the taste of alcohol albeit pricing is on the high side.
