SISTA Dumpling Berawa 喜食 is a modern Chinese restaurant in Canggu, Bali, specialising in homemade dumplings, hand-pulled noodles, mala hotpot and fusion cocktails. Another highlight here is the tranquil view of the rice field from where guests are seated.

Seats are huge and comfy, albeit quite hot on a sunny day.

A second outlet has recently opened in Uluwatu.

The menu offers a variety of dim sum with assorted filling.

There are different types of dumplings like Xiao Long Bao, Pan-fried Dumpling, Gyoza, Wonton and Steamed Dumplings as well as buns like Baoburger, Sheng Jian Bao and Lava Bao.

The fusion cocktails are equally interesting, such as the spicy Mala Zen IDR 135K topped with pork jerky.
