Sushi Take-Out by Sushi Express, Woodlands MRT – Delicious Party Platter and Cute Sparkling Drinks

Sushi Take-Out by Sushi Express is a takeaway kiosk for all-things sushi, ranging from assorted bento and maki rolls to donburi and platters.

There are many outlets islandwide with several conveniently located at MRT stations. The latest outlet slated to open is at The Poiz Centre, near Potong Pasir MRT. The soft launch will be on 4 May and grand opening will be from 5 to 7 May 2023.

Some promotions to look out for at The Poiz Centre outlet include:

– 20% storewide discount on selected items

– Buy two get one free for mango pudding and Taiwan drinks

– $5 deals: Frozen fish head + fish fin for $5 and Miso soup paste for $5

– Buy 3 bentos and get 1 free jute bag

I visited the Sushi Take-Out at Woodlands MRT. It is always crowded during evening rush hour. Occasionally at night, they have bentos on discount too.

The sushis are quite affordably priced and come in lots of variety.

I had the Party Platter A which can feed one to two pax, depending on how hungry you are! The rice were topped with unagi, caramelised salmon, aburi salmon, mentaiko salmon and grilled salmon slices. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
