Cook & Brew x Brass Lion Cocktails by Kino Soh from 27 April to 30 June 2023
For the third edition of the Guest Bartender series, Cook & Brew invites Brass Lion’s Brand Ambassador, Kino Soh, to take over the rein from 27 April to 30 June 2023!
Crafted using Brass Lion Gin, the three specialty cocktails will be made exclusively for this limited time period at $24 each.
Marigold – Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin, homemade lychee cordial, lemon juice, oat milk and orange flower water
Sunset Sling – Brass Lion Butterfly Pea Gin, Cointreau, pineapple puree and lime juice
Bittersweet Love – Brass Lion Pahit Pink Gin, Amara Lucano, Manchino Rosso and sparkling wine
Sip on the light and refreshing Marigold and Sunset Sling or the spirit-driven Bittersweet Love.
Complement the meal with new bar bites and mains too! Think tender Teriyaki Chicken Skewers $18, Nacho $26 with tasty Impossible Beef bolognaise, Crab on Toast $24 and Canadian Pork Chop $42.
