Volcano Curry Mee, KL – Humongous Curry Noodles with more than 10 Ingredients

Located in Mun Kee Seafood Food Court, Volcano Curry Mee serves a whopping 10-ingredient curry noodle alongside a range of other seafood dishes such as Prawn & Abalone Curry Mee RM15 and Lala Noodles RM13.

The food court is rather spacious with an air-conditioned seating area as well.

The signature Volcano Curry Mee RM38 (for two) is one of the must-order here. The ingredients are piled high until it looked like a volcano, hence its name derivative! The lady owner offered me a one-pax portion at a lower price seeing I was by myself. The portion was humongous; ingredients ladened the bowl atop your choice of noodle (mine was vermicelli).

Definitely spotted more than 10 ingredients and they were these juicy cockles, clams, prawns, squids, fried fish, roast pork, chicken, bean sprouts, brinjal, long beans, meatballs, fried beancurd skin and mussels, garnished with mint leaves. The curry sauce was thick, rich and flavoursome. The spice level was just right for me and it came with a saucer of sambal chilli to further elevate the taste.
