Andaz Singapore‘s hearty Lazy Breakfast weekend brunch presents an unlimited a la carte concept served a-la-minute from kitchen to table.

Available at Alley on 25, every weekend from 12noon to 2:30PM, savour to your heart’s content the free-flow breakfast offerings and your choice of one main dish.

Breakfast mains range from the classic Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast and Truffle Ham & Cheese Jaffle to the Impossible Burger (Top up $5) and popular Lobster Mac & Cheese (Top up $10). The latter is a messy cheese affair topped with chunky grilled lobsters that leave you wanting more.

While waiting for your mains to be served, help yourself to some fresh seafood on ice, cold cuts and cheeses too. For those who love eggs, don’t miss out on the egg station which allows unlimited orders of fried egg, omelette, scrambled eggs, poached egg, hard and soft boiled eggs with accompanying sides.

We rounded off the meal with something sweet and cooling. The Assorted Jars, which comprise of a cup of yogurt and three tasting portions of chia seed pudding, muesli and acai, are well-executed and my favourites of the lot. Even the chocolate ice cream does not disappoint with its rich intense chocolate flavour.
