Inaugural Cafe Asia 2019 & ICT Expo at MBS Convention Centre
The inaugural Cafe Asia 2019 is back this week much to the anticipation of business owners, budding entrepreneurs and many other key players from the coffee, tea and bakery industries. The one-stop hub comprising of the 7th International Coffee & Tea (ICT) Industry Expo and the 6th Sweets & Bakes Asia will be held from 21-23 March 2019 (where 23 March is opened for public) at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore Expo & Convention Centre Halls B & C.
Visitors can look forward to more than 250 exhibitors and a showcase of coffee beans from all around the world, including equipment, machinery, accessories, supplies and products essential to the operating of cafes.
Some highlights include
- New innovations such as the eco-friendly and biodegradable rice straws and sugar substitutes for healthier choices.
- Inaugural live auction of specialty coffee beans from ASEAN and the world.
- Inaugural Restaurant Asia 2019 exhibition on supplies, equipment and solutions in running restaurant.
- Three national-level coffee championships: Singapore Latte Art Championship, Singapore Cup Tasters Championship and the Singapore Coffee in Good Spirits Championship. Winners will represent Singapore in upcoming World Championships.
- Workshops/Hands-on session on baking the classic Ham Mayo Bread, Souffle Cheesecake, flourless Gateau au Chocolat and the making of cocktails.
