The ONE PM High Tea
In commemoration with Singapore’s 52 years of Independence, Café Mosaic at Carlton Hotel Singapore launches The ONE PM High Tea to mark this very special day with diners. The high tea is a special tribute to this year’s 2017 National Day where diners get to enjoy a myriad spread of local favourites.
After which, diners can proceed to the Marina Bay Floating Platform just a stone’s throw away, for the National Day Parade.
The high tea occurs from 1PM to 5PM at $52 per adult. Every table of four also gets to indulge in a complimentary Pandan Chiffon Cake (750g), proudly regarded by CNN as Singapore’s national cake too!

Here’s the chance to feast on a whole range of local hawker delights all at one place.
National day calls for our all-time favourite dishes such as the Putu Mayam, Bak Kut Teh, Laksa, Roti Prata with Mutton Curry, Beef Rendang, Chicken Rice and the irresistable Chilli Crab with Fried Mantou. Get your hands ready in preparing your own Gado Gado and mixing your own Rojak.
Don’t miss out on the smorgasbond of seafood on ice such as the Crayfish, Salmon Sashimi, Queen Scallop, Black Mussels and freshly shucked Oysters. The cooked station also spots mouthwatering items like the Green Lip Mussel with Black Bean X.O Sauce, Steam King Snapper in Supreme Soya Sauce and Aglio Olio Al Pesto.
Catch the spectacular performance by the Teh Tarik man as he serves you a long ‘pull’ of milk tea.
Leave some stomach space for National Day themed desserts featuring the assorted Nonya Kueh and Singapore’s king of fruit, Durian Cake amongst other sweet treats like the Chocolate Truffle, Caramel Custards and French pastries
